WeeKorea began in 2011, dedicated to the promotion of Korean culture and language in Scotland.
WeeKorea's founder, Trent Kim, was the first qualified Korean to Diploma in Public Services Interpreting and is a qualified TEFL teacher.
Currently, WeeKorea runs weekly Korean classes in the city centre of Glasgow including conversational classes and TOPIK (Test of Proficiency in Korean). Upon request, private lessons can be arranged. For more information, please visit 'Glasgow Korean School' on the WeeKorea dropdown menu.
2012 is a busy year for WeeKorea on the publication front, with the WeeKorea Language Book and WeeKorea Cook Book planned for release this year. Also in the near future, WeeKorea hopes to host a Korean film festival in Scotland and cultural exchange programmes between Scotland and South Korea.
