Trent Kim established Lighting Motif in 2009, and it has grown since into various fields of international culture and arts. Lighting Motif was first coined as a term to describe a notational technique of lighting arts developed by Trent while he was a research student at Royal Scottish Academy of Music and Drama (currently known as Royal Conservatoire of Scotland).

Now Lighting Motif is a tradename for Trent Kim, and so the activities within Lighting Motif revolves around his skills and interest.. The services that Lighting Motif provides include Production/Promotion Managements in Theatre, Project Management in International Events/Educational Workshop to Stage Design/Lighting Design, and Interpreting.

The strength of LM (Lighting Motif) is the network among the UK, South Korea and Japan, we have associate producers who are based in Seoul, Tokyo and London to maintain and expand our current professional network.
